I am in the process of finding a lifestyle that can accomodate my travelling. I feel like I should be able to document and blog my travel journeys in this blog.
I am now in Taiyuan, Shanxi Province in China. This city features a lot of ancient traditional buildings and architecture, as it is one of the province that developed in the most ancient times of China 5000 years ago.
I have captured some of the gardens at the old office of the ancient Kuomingtang warlord Yan Xishan.
It wasn't snowing on the day we went to visit, but it snowed around 2 weeks before and the remaining snow covered the gardens and the buildings quite nicely.
Taiyuan isn't such a big city, it is a provincial capital but the development is slower than most eastern cities in China, as it is located inland.
